Problem = An 11 cent balk is requested at control 5.  We were stuck 
between car 25 (in at 5:07.98) and car 43 (in at 5:08.14).  We had 
been running on time into the control, before car 25 slowed slightly 
through the check point.  There was not a reasonable place to drop 
additional time due to the horde of vehicles directly behind ours.
Resolve = Please consider this bulk request, and if approved, adjust 
the in time for car 24 from 5:08.08 to 5.07:97

in the same minute.  Thank you for thinking safety, and not staying
inches from his bumper.  Next time, when running that closely, drop
back and take an extra minute on the TA.

Problem = Please check hack sheet for in times on Leg 4.  I have our 
silver Subaru in at 4:33.20 by my clock.  We received an in time of 
4:33.36.  Looking at the raw data, it looks like we may have been 
mixed up car 33, another silver Subaru.  They received an in time 
of 4:33.19.
Resolve = Please review the hack sheet for leg 4 and adjust 
accordingly.

Yes, two silver subaru's arriving so close together could have caused
the car numbers for the two cars to be switched.  Will give you the
benefit of the doubt.

The times at CP 4 have been revised.  Car 24 is now 4:33.19
Car 33 is now 4:33.36
