Use the information on the RAW SCORING DATA Sheet and the CHECKPOINT TIMING SUMMARY
to complete this SCORE REVIEW REQUEST Form. Give us as much information as possible to help
us resolve your scoring issues. Then SUBMIT.

You will receive an e-mail detailing how the problem was resolved. It will also be posted in the Scoring
Review log.

Example 1:
           Problem       My arrival time is wrong. It should be 8:11.05 instead of 9:09.15
           Resolve:      I followed car # 18, yellow Humvee, into checkpoint 3. Verify time.

Example 2:
           Problem:      The 10.00 minute TA at CP 7 is wrong.
           Resolve:       It should be 3 minutes at CP 5 and 7 minutes at CP 6
